So you're reloading your PC because of a problem or you've decided to upgrade your PC to the latest and greatest version of Windows.  Yet when you visit the hardware vendor's website, you come up just a tad short, unable to find the software you are looking for.  This is not only frustrating but it is also time consuming, especially in the business world.  Why does it have to be so damn difficult?

Everyone who uses a computer generates some kind of data, whether it be a message sent through email, a list of favorite websites or documents of any kind.  Personally, if a computer crashes, the main thing I worry about is loss of data.  Hardware can be replaced and software can be reinstalled.  However, data is often difficult to replace, especially if the data is sensitive or unable to be regenerated.  Because of the importance of data, it is extremely important to take care of your data so that you do not lose it.
